Quince and Pear Cordial is created by adding sugar to the fresh Korean fruits to make a thick concentration. This method brings out the deep and delicious flavors of the quince and pears. Mix your concentration to make your favorite drink, use it as a salad dressing, or make a cold cup of shaved ice!
Instructions: Mix 1:5 ratio of the concentration and water. Can be served both hot or iced.
