Ingredients: Balloon flower root 40%, danshen root 30%, polygoni root 20%, lonicera flower 10%
IDO Tea's Recommended Steeping Directions:

Pour 10-15 oz of fresh boiling water over one teabag.

Steep 1-2 minutes.
- Remove teabag. Serve and enjoy.

- Enjoy COLD! Follow the instruction above to steep and brew as hot. Keep tea bag in water until cooled to warm/room temperature. Refrigerate immediately.
