The highlight of Hongya Jjajang Noodles is the rich and savory Jjajang sauce, made with a blend of black bean paste, diced vegetables, and a unique mix of spices. This sauce delivers a deep, umami flavor profile that is both hearty and comforting. The combination of sweet and savory notes in the sauce complements the noodles perfectly, creating a harmonious dish.

Each pack contains 2 noodle packages (8.1oz each) and 2 Jjajang sauce packages (701oz each)

Ingredients:

Noodle: Flour, purified water, modified food starch, refined salt, alkaline salt, gluten, vitamin B2, propylene glycol alginate sauce: jjajang sauce [chunjang, sodium L-glutamate(flavor enhancer), purified water, soybean oil, potato starch, sugar], purified water, carrot, cabbage

Contains shellfish, soy, and wheat.

Cooking Instrution:
1. Put the sauce packages in boiling water and thaw or heat for 4 minutes.
2. PUt the pre-cooked noodles in boiling water and thaw for a minute. 
3. Serve the noodles in a bowl with the sauce on top. 
4. Enjoy!
