JEJU GIMNYEONG Al Tang (Fish Roe stew) Meal Kit 알탕 1kg

Experience the rich and delighful flavors of Korean Fish Roe Stew known as Al Tang 알탕. This meal kit made it easy to create an authentic Korean dish in the comfort of your own home. Just add vegetable of your liking to the soup and all you need is a bowl of rice to enjoy a full meal!  JEJU GIMNYEONG's special sauce takes the flavors to a whole new level!

Tip: Do not thaw in hot water or microwave, use cold water to thaw for best results.

Cooking Directions:

1. Briefly wash the seafood contents under running water.
2. Place all the seafood contents in a pot and add enough water to submerge everything.
3. Bring it to a boil and skim off any bubbles.
4. Add the pack of sauce included in the meal kit and let it boil for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
5. For maximum flavor, feel free to add vegetables of your choice.
