EJU GIMNYEONG Daegu Tang (Cod Fish Stew) Meal Kit showcases the finest quality cod fish, sourced from Jeju Island, accompanied by a harmonious blend of other seafoods to get the most flavorful broth.

With our convenient Daegu Tang Meal Kit, you can effortlessly recreate the authentic taste of this beloved Korean dish in the comfort of your own kitchen. The tender and succulent cod fish, known for its delicate flavor and flaky texture, takes center stage in this comforting stew.

Tip: Do not thaw in hot water or microwave, use cold water to thaw for best results.

Cooking Directions:

1. Briefly wash the seafood contents under running water.
2. Place all the seafood contents in a pot and add enough water to submerge everything.
3. Bring it to a boil and skim off any bubbles.
4. Add the pack of sauce included in the meal kit and let it boil for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
5. For maximum flavor, feel free to add vegetables of your choice.
