Inside JEJU GIMNYEONG Dongtae Tang (Pollack stew) Meal Kit, you'll find high-quality ingredients carefully selected to ensure a flavorful and satisfying Korean stew meal.  It includes tender pieces of Pollack fish, other seafood from Jeju Island along with the delicious special sauce that will make the broth deep and savory.

Tip: Do not thaw in hot water or microwave, use cold water to thaw for best results.

Cooking Directions:

1. Briefly wash the seafood contents under running water.
2. Place all the seafood contents in a pot and add enough water to submerge everything.
3. Bring it to a boil and skim off any bubbles.
4. Add the pack of sauce included in the meal kit and let it boil for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
5. For maximum flavor, feel free to add vegetables of your choice.

*No vegetable included in the meal kit.
