Naturevil's Gluten-Free Thin Rice Noodles (Somyeon 소면) are a healthy and convenient way to prepare a noodle dish! Made with 100% Korea grown rice, these noodles are gluten-free, trans fat free, and contain no food coloring. No wheat flours added! Ingredients include 97% rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, oil and salt.

Naturevil believes in investing the time and effort to make the best possible products. Their noodles take 4 days to produce, going through a rigorous process from aging to wind-drying.

Day 1: The noodles are made from scratch using only the finest ingredients.
Days 2-3: The noodles are aged in a low-temperature environment to develop their flavor and texture.
Day 4: The noodles are dried by wind, which helps to preserve their freshness and quality.
